I am a Christian and I am moderate on abortion. I hate abortion, but I am moderate on abortion because I almost conceived a baby by my rapist. Abortion can be medically necessary, or necessary for other reasons such as: a Pregnant rape victim is having mental problems, the mother has medical problem that may or may not include psychiatric or neurological disorders which wopuld make ppregnancy traumatic, the mother is underage, too old, stuff like that. If abortion is banned, women will die. Ugly situations can require ugly choices. Did you know marital abuse victims have no legal protections if they want to choose adoption? Did you know that 5 remaining states allow rapist to sue for dustody of the child they father by rape making "just choose adoption" impossible?
Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Can't really tell how I'd feel if I were pregnant with a baby from someone I don't like - let alone love. I'd say that Abortion can be allowed under some circumstances, but I wouldn't advocate it unless it's clear that both the mother and the babe will die if abortion does not take place.
God creates every baby, even the ones from rape attacks. It's not pretty, and it may be a terrible reminder, but God created that baby. I don't believe that the babe is just chance happening of a crime. It is God's will, and to attempt to stop God's will is a terrible sin to say the least.
That said, I can totally understand if any woman wants abortion because of rape, or because of medical or psychological reasons. It can be allowed in those cases, but I'd still advocate for them to choose to have the baby in spite of it
